omg when my Dad started falling for AI videos on YouTube I actually got really sad 🙁

OPs mom sends me porn, of herself, and it’s not AI. Well, the horse probably was. I hope so anyway.

Next she will be asking you why the giant cat in the video has seven legs. It is over.

OP you might want to keep an eye out for scams. They are far far more likely to fall for scams if they also fall for AI.

Oh no, your mom sends you things she thinks is funny because she’s trying to connect with you, what a terrible nightmare you’re living through…

My mother has been saying “Is it AI?” with every video. I am proud.

my brother and dad did that. I told them never to send ai videos to me, or I will piss in their smoker pellets.

One of my coworkers started sending me AI videos and talks about what artistic and funny AI videos she saw the previous night during our breaks. Worst part is, she’s one of our graphic designers. I thought they’d be the last people to turn. 🫠

Ai watermarks should be mandated for all of these programs, like with Sora, ideally one that outright says something along the lines of Ai video or something

My mum started to do this a couple of years ago. She’s in her 60s though.

AI is too much for Boomers to wrap their heads around.

As an older millennial, I will admit that I have to look into the comments sometimes to determine whether a video is AI before I send it out. Every time that happens I feel like I age five years.

I started to call out my parents racist behavior and they just took it like a badge of honor. I feel we have slipped entirely off the edge and are free falling.

Yeah, my mother showed me one earlier: chihuahua jumping into a vat of flour, coming up looking like a sheep. 1) Explosion sound, 2) bowl didn’t tip, 3) completely changed the shape of the dog, 4) random dog behind, 5) the “owner” was laughing before anything happened.
To her credit, she didn’t outright believe it, she’s aware the dog completely changed species in the flour, but I mean… She’s consumed AI generated content before, more this year than last year, it’s only a matter of time before she falls for fakes. :/

I had this issue with all the bullshit fear mongering posts that appeared on FB years ago. I can’t name specifics but there were a lot of made up stories both alarming and heartwarming claiming to be real. Now that’s evolved into AI garbage.
